Less time coordinating health. More support built into the day.

Spencer Pawliw · Agency founder

Spencer Pawliw

The starting point

Spencer was running an agency while trying to keep food, training, and recovery organized around a busy travel schedule. In the account shared with Optimability, ordering meals had become the default. When his location or workload changed, whatever routine he had was difficult to maintain.

He described brain fog, fatigue, and recurring periods of burnout. He was continuing to work through them, but he wanted help understanding what was going on and making changes he could actually follow.

Even seeking support created another job. There were appointments to arrange, results to discuss, meals to organize, and recommendations to put into practice. Spencer wanted a team to handle those connected tasks rather than leaving him to coordinate each one around his agency.

The support around him

The team coordinated blood, gut, and urine testing, bringing more information into the discussion of his symptoms and next steps. Follow-up support helped connect that information to his routine.

A chef prepared food in his home around the agreed meal plan. That reduced the need to make a fresh ordering decision each time he was hungry or short on time.

Meals, training, monitoring, and reviews were managed together. Spencer had people to help with the details instead of a collection of separate tasks to chase himself.

Having professionals come to him reduced the logistics of accessing support. He could spend less time arranging his day around the service and more time following the plan already in place.

In his own words

It is a hack, having someone come in and do all this for you. I am saving so much time.
Spencer Pawliw

Spencer’s testimonial emphasizes the relief of having someone come in and take care of the work. What had been another set of responsibilities became support he could use without organizing every step himself.

In the account shared with Optimability, he also described clearer thinking and more settled digestion. Those are his reported experiences, rather than evidence that a particular test or intervention caused the change.

His strongest recommendation is about everyday convenience. There was food prepared for him, a team handling the details, and less time spent figuring out how to manage his health alongside his business. He describes that combination as a “hack” because he could feel the time it gave back.

Individual experiences vary. Testimonials do not establish clinical effectiveness or guarantee similar results.
